Nameless Fish




1 Souflaki with paksoi (chinese cabbage?) and apple
3 Smoked schar (I'll leave it up to our fish expert Johan to figure out the english name) with mango and daikon (I think).

Not sure about the Schar yet, but I bet it must have been tasty.

Had tuna myself, yesterday.
This evening I'll be trying out a new combination: red cabbage, paprika (sweet), minced meat and mango...
